Warranty and Return Policy

Warranty Policy

Kandy Skates are covered by a 12 Month Warranty from the date of purchase and it covers all non-wear & tear components of the product including any manufacturing defects. Should any skate appear to be defective, you must request a Return Authorization (RA) number and then send the skates back to Red Wing Sports Group, LLC along with proof of purchase and written note as to why the skates are being returned for inspection and determination.


Some components of the product will wear over time including the PU Wheels, Toe Stops, and Bearings. These will have to be replaced over time and are not deemed a warranty item unless there is found to be a manufacturing defect.


If the skates appear to be defective under the terms of this warranty, they will be repaired or replaced as determined by Red Wing Sports Group, LLC. Product failure which in the opinion of Red Wing Sports Group, LLC was due to improper fit, accident, abuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty. In no event will Red Wing Sports Group, LLC be responsible for the repair, replacement, or consequential damages for the above mentioned causes.

ALL Returns/Exchanges

To properly return your item you must email us at info@kandyskatesusa.com or call 844-406-7855 to get a Return Authorization (RA) Number and return instructions.

• Returns/Exchanges are for merchandise only within the US.

• Must be made within 30 days of order shipment.

• All product returns MUST have a Return Authorization (RA) Number.

• All returns must be sent with the RA Number and completed Return Form (obtained from Red Wing Sports Group, LLC). Do not put RA number on the shipping label, or have it printed on the shipping label as sometimes shipping labels are damaged or are not easily read.  Clearly print the RA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• Exchanges are not charged a restocking fee for the 1st exchange. However, there is a 15% restocking fee on subsequent 2nd or 3rd exchanges.

• All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee or you can be issued 100% merchandise value credit.

• The purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges on exchanges and returns regardless of whether the skates were sent originally with Free Shipping.


Roller Skates – Boots – Wheels – Plates

We will be happy to exchange your skates for a different size or color provided the following criteria are met:

• The skates (boot/plate/wheel combination) were never skated in.

• Skates/Boots/Wheels/Plates must not have any blemishes, stains, rips/tears or spots of any kind.

• All products are returned in their original packaging with all original material including laces, footbeds etc.

• The original skate box must not be written on, torn, ripped, taped, or have shipping labels of any kind attached.


Red Wing Sports Group, LLC is not responsible for returned items that do not have a Return Authorization Number or for items that were shipped incorrectly to any address other than the address specified by Kandy Skates USA.



• If any product or item is returned without an RA number, the shipment will be refused and the package will be sent back to the customer.

• If any product or item is returned to us 30 days after being shipped or any of the aforementioned items are shipped to us and have been worn, washed, tags removed, have blemishes, spots, stains, bad odors, not in their original packaging or are items we have stated are non-returnable, then it will be discarded and will not be returned to you, regardless of any Return Authorization Number. To enable you to return any item it must be in the exact same condition as we shipped it to you.

• Skate boxes that have been written on, are torn, ripped,  or have shipping labels or shipping tape attached to them will be considered damaged and will be refused for return or a 50% restocking fee will be applied. PLEASE SHIP YOUR RETURN PRODUCTS INSIDE SOME TYPE OF PACKAGING THAT WILL PROTECT THE ORIGINAL SKATE BOX.

• There are no returns or exchanges on clearance items.

• You should expect to receive your refund or exchange within 2-3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 -7 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3-4 business days).
